I am sorry for the trouble that you are currently experiencing. In order
to help us process this bug, could you please answer a few questions for
me?
1. Is Update Manager itself crashing, or is something else happening?
2. Can you please run 'sudo apt-get update; sudo apt-get dist-upgrade'
in the Terminal? This is look for updates and give you the option to
update your system.
3. Are you able to install updates using the command mentioned in the
previous question?
