ooextras is using LGPL: 
"Why LGPL
The idea is that you can take it and use it to create proprietary documents, 
but if you are going to distribute it as a template, you have to give it away 
for free." (from the IFAQ at http://ooextras.sourceforge.net/ifaq.php )

But I think the license used by OOo templates is not clear at all (from
a regular user's [mine] point of view). I'll send a bug report to them
for that...
