Thank you for reporting this issue. I can confirm this issue in the
final release of Xubuntu 9.10. Having checked the Xubuntu documentation,
the error appears at:
file:///usr/share/xubuntu-docs/offline.html -> Enabling other CDs that can be
used to install packages ->
To enable Synaptic and other package managers to install software from CDs
which contain packages:
1. Press System → Administration → Software Sources.
This should be fixed for Lucid Lynx.
