Ok, ok. First of all I would say that I'm grateful to you for your interest and friendly helpfulness. I forgot to say it before. ;-)
As you stated before, running one more time the upgrading of Ubuntu should have fixed the problem I've had. This has not worked for me immediately because I was also affected by the bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/update-manager/+bug/519955 That is a specific case for the general: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/update-manager/+bug/519882 After fixing that problem with the proposed workaround, I've been able to correctly complete the upgrade session. I think that if you've nothing to add or ask, this topic may be closed. Thank to all of you for your daily support. :-) -- package linux-image-2.6.32-12-generic 2.6.32-12.17 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 2 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/519959 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
