Hi JFo, actually disabling SATA NCQ did work better (I could rebuild my array) but it's still failling after some time.
I tried downgrading to 2.6.31-14 still the same. I googled around and it's seem like many people have similar issues. Since my first POST, I tried updating the BIOS and also disabling ADMA (i read somewhere that it could cause trouble) The only part on my side that could be defective is the SATA controller. I have a second mobo (same model), I will try it soon. I sent the data you requested.
