retracer is a process that operates on launchpad and analyzes core dumps. After it has completed its run, there is a small chance that the retraced output contains personal information, so it is reviewed by a small group of trusted bug triagers before being opened up to the community at large. Bugs sometimes take a number of days to get through the retracer queue.
