Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. It seems that there was an error caused by a corrupted archive. Please execute the following commands, in a terminal ( Applications -> Accessories -> Terminal ) :
sudo dpkg --configure -a If that fails to make things work again, please try: apt-get install --reinstall spu-gcc Then try performing the update again. This will likely resolve your issue. If so please set the bug's status to Invalid. Thanks in advance! ** Changed in: cell-gcc (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- package spu-gcc (not installed) failed to install/upgrade: trying to overwrite '/usr/bin/spu-gcc', which is also in package gcc-spu 0:4.4.1-1ubuntu2 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/471409 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
