There are several reasons I reopened this bug: 1. It is still a bug, it is not resolved. 2. I never submitted a bug before so instead of experimenting, I chose the most effective solution: Underline the fact, that this bug is still not fixed. 3. When I try to submit a new bug, the system asks me if there is already a similar (or same) bug reported, and of course this bug perfectly describes my problem, so why create a new one?
