For some reason, I can't reproduce the bug today, so marking as Invalid
for now. What I noticed yesterday was
1) In alsa-lib/pcm_hw.c, hw.ptr and appl.ptr where not near each other
2) Pulseaudio died from a SIGKILL signal, it is unknown from where it
originated.
