@^_Pepe_^ I have access to the machine for a couple of days and just done a clean install of 9.10 and applied all updates prior to submitting the above via your suggested command. I am happy to try what ever to diagnose. It is still the case that the first suspend resume from power up work, but the second suspend resume fails on resume where the hd does not even wake up; requiring the power button to be held in to power down from that failed resume.
