volkswagner - please don't mix issues. The thread linked there has nothing to do with this, as this is caused by a rogue libglib2.0-0 package which has only appeared in the last couple of days or so. Also, as pointed out in my last comment, this is not an Ubuntu bug and there's nothing we can do about it. Please report the issue to whoever supplied you with the broken glib version
