Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

Rhythmbox crashes when changing volume level with the built in control.
It only occurs when a song is actually playing. If the song is paused,
the program does not crash. The crash occurs both when using the slider
bar or the scroll wheel on the mouse. The crash occurs whether I am
playing an mp3 or wav file (the only types I use). The program does not
crash when using the main volume control in the header bar. I am using
Ubuntu 9.10 x64 on an AMD Phenom II x4 (955) processor. I am running
version 0.12.5 of rhythmbox.
