1) Downloaded 8191_8192_SE_WindowsDriver_1085.23.1230.2009.zip 2) Installed ndiswrapper: > sudo apt-get install ndiswrapper-utils-1.9 3) Installed WinXP driver: > sudo ndiswrapper -i ~/Desktop/WinXP/net8192se.inf 4) Configured the ndiswrapper module > sudo ndiswrapper -m 5) Load the ndiswrapper driver > sudo modeprobe ndiswrapper Works like a charm. Signal strength is not as good as it is in Windows 7, but I'll take it for now.
