*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 455544 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/455544
I did the update and thought it would be best if I restarted my computer. So after the update finished I restarted. And now ubuntu doesnt boot. It sits there at the white ubuntu logo after grub. I tried recovery mode and still does not boot. It detects my usb devices with info like "[ 3.443361] generic-usb". Then it says: Gave up waiting for root device. Common problems: -Boot args -Check root delay -Check root -Missing modules ALERT! /dev/disk/by-uuid/770a24d-fa34-4799-ac30-4fd5eeae7e39 does not exist. Dropping to a shell! Then I get a shell. But I have no idea what to do.
