I have some observation regarding such 'not displayed' emails.

If you check the source of such email (menu View -> Message Source) then you 
will realize that either one of the following is true.
1. The boundary value specified in the Content-Type header is not present 
before start of content. It is present after end of content.
2. The boundary value present before start of content does not match the one 
specified in the Content-Type header.

I don't know where the bug lies. It probably is problem with Exchange
server that the content is malformed. I haven't yet checked what the
mail looks like in other clients such as Thunderbird.
