Public bug reported: Binary package hint: update-manager
Description of the problem: After doing a manual apt-get update on the command line I tried to open update-manager which resulted in the attached crash report. Steps to reproduce: 1. Run apt-get update 2. Run update-manager Expected result: Update manager to appear, possibly a warning panel to appear indicating that faulty information has been found. Actual result: update-manager crashes and a crash report is filed.
