Please attach output from running http://www.alsa-project.org/alsa-info.sh This will provide some more information on your system and might help us to find the cause of this problem. Information I found while searching the net a bit indicates that this probably is problem with the applications themselves (Wine, Kega Fusion). If you have other applications that also present this problem please let us know also.
