Hi NA, You installed the PPA Matt pointed you to? If so, then you may need to set the Ubuntu One client preferences to always show the icon if you want to see it. By default, the icon will disappear when there is no activity. If you put a file in your ~/Ubuntu One folder, is the file synchronized? If not, please attach your newest syncdaemon- exceptions.log files. Thank you, Joshua
