on the exact behavior you are experiencing so we can decide the best way
to approach this issue. If you could please answer the following
questions:
1. Does this bug still affect you? If not, then disregard the rest of
the questions and simply let us know that it is resolved.
2. What does the Software Center do when it is unable to download a
program? (Does it not download it at all? Does it download it but is
unable to install the program?)
3. Do you get any kind of error message?
4. Have you tried installing the packages using Synaptic?
5. Could you please list the programs that you are unable to
download/install?
Once you answer these questions, we'll have a fair better idea of how to
approach your bug. Again, sorry for the delay in responding to this
