I have this problem on Ubuntu Karmic, for 32 bit machine. However, I can also confirm that I can work-around this problem by unmounting the previously inserted disk (as per comment #7). I would say it is a bug that Brasero does;
a) hang b) not alert the user to the mount issue And also, probably it is a bug in ubuntu (which component, I could not say) that I can have ejected a disk, and Ubuntu does not realise it is unmounted ?? If i can provide any other help in getting this issue listed as 'new' or 'confirmed' , please ask, and I will provide. -- Brasero hangs at "Get Size" process on 64bit Ubuntu 9.1 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/482991 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
