a second thing to gnome-panel. on ubuntu 9.10 on a IBM R60 (from a buddy) we set up a new second gnome-panel. and this panel was also on top (under the default gnome-panel - the buddy have many icons (apps to start) on the first gnome-panel. my buddy set up the second gnome-panel with auto-hide. now the second gnome-panel goes over the default (Top) panel - and all (3 panels: 1 on the bottom and 2 on Top) are whiteout any functions ?! Whit [Alt]+[F2] an a new installation from all gnome- panels fix the problem. but my question is: can i use more than one panel on top (e.g. bottom)? in Gnome
