Hello, gnome-terminal froze up again.
This time I have followed the documentation at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Backtrace#Already running programs Unfortunately, when I followed "If the program hangs but doesn't crash you can press ctrl+c in gdb while the program is frozen and then continue with the next step." gdb appeared to lock up. So, I re-ran the procedure on the hanging process, but skipped "continue" and went straight for the backtrace. I hope this is helpful.
