SUCCESS! Thank you for all being paitent with me...it appears that my failure to read the minucha (sp?) was my downfall. Early on in the notes on this bug, people talked about shutting down and restarting as opposed to re- booting. Apparently what my eyes were glossing over was the part about having to remove the battery, as well as powering down...<insert sheepish, emberrassed look here>. I was reading through the notes ONE more time tonight to see if I could catch anything else...and I found that. Did it, and all is well again.
