Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: openoffice.org

If a writer doc is saved with a password, then it is impossible to remove
password protection from that same document.
Instead, it is necessary to save a copy under a different name (without a
password), remove the original, and then rename the copy back to the original
filename.

The problem seems to be that if SaveAs forgets that the user un-checked
the "Save With Password" check-box in the SaveAs dialog if the file
being saved to is the same as the file currently open. It does not
matter whether or not the file on disk exists at the time of SaveAs, if
the name is the same then un-checking "Save With Password" has no
effect.

Oowriter should honor un-checking "Save With Password" or else disable
(gray out) the feature or explicitly warn the user if ignoring its being
un-checked is intentional behavior.

HOW TO DEMO THE PROBLEM:

1. Start oowriter and create some document.
2. File->SaveAs, check "Save With Password" check-box, and ckick Save,
supplying a password when prompted.
3. Exit oowriter.
4. Restart oowriter and open the saved file
5. File-SaveAs, UN-check "Save With Password", and click Save.
Confirm over-writing the file on disk when prompted (or, alternatively,
remove the file from disk via another window after opening it and before
doing the SaveAs).
6. Exit oowriter
7. Restart oowriter and open the document.
You will be prompted for a password (but shouldn't be)
