For me, ldm appears just fine on booting the thin client. Upon logging
in, or incorrectly entering a user/pass, ldm segfaults. I tried with
latest bzr rev from ldm-trunk and got the same thing. Here's the line
in syslog:

Jan 20 08:53:10 ltsp20 kernel: [ 150.924548] ldm[2865]: segfault at 18
ip 08049c98 sp bfd64250 error 4 in ldm[8048000+6000]

Here's the output from # ps aux | grep ldm *before* trying to log in:

root 2254 0.0 0.0 1804 600 ? S 08:50 0:00 /bin/sh

Here's the output from the same command *after* the segfault:

root 3209 0.1 0.0 1804 600 ? S 08:53 0:00 /bin/sh

/usr/share/ltsp/xinitrc /usr/sbin/ldm -- :not a tty vtnot a tty -auth
/var/run/ldm-xauth-3zuoncdQZ/Xauthority -nr -config /var/run/ltsp-xorg.conf -br

What about the switches for the new xinit process...?
