Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: freespeak

Installed freespeak on Ubuntu Karmic 9.10

Launched it and chose Google as the translator for a new Text
translation.

FreeSpeak fetches the list of languages available, but they are
displayed in another language than my locale (en_GB) - see attached
screenshot.

The same issue does not apply with the Yahoo translation service - the
list of language names is shown in English which is correct for my
system.

an...@acheron:~$ echo $LANG
