@Eduard It looks like something that you installed (e.g. a more recent version of nvidia-settings and or of the nvidia driver) left /usr/share/man/man1/nvidia-smi.1.gz and /usr/bin/nvidia-smi, which the nvidia packages cannot overwrite.
