I went to etc/default/ I clicked on grub and then, I found the line where I have to add noacpi. However, I can't save the file, and I don't understand this "# If you change this file, run 'update-grub' afterwards to update # /boot/grub/grub.cfg." Please, put me back on the right track. Thanks. Even then DVD movies (purchased) are not recognised - error message that media is unknown. Audio cd's sometimes play.
