New test :
To try to overturn the problem I've change "System""Preferences""Power saving" 
configuration:

Energy power saver :
Computer "Veille" : never
Screen "Veille" : never

In a terminal :

"xset dpms 0 0 600"

And, the computer seems to stop freezing same if the screen goes into sleep 
mode (real one, with back-light stop).
I will continue to see if this "overturn" is really stable.
