Sync are automatic until DebianImportFreeze now that the package are the same in Ubuntu and Debian. As lucid is an LTS release, we're syncing from testing rather than unstable. Once the package is migrated to testing it will automatically be imported in Ubuntu if Debian Import Freeze isn't in effect.
