This is not fixed on 64 bit Karmic as of 2010-01-13 The Bindwood addon instantly freezes firefox and cause huge memory leak. All memory gets used.
Binary package hint: bindwood It also uses half of my swap partition. Screen shot attached. I disabled all other firefox addons and it still causes the massive memory leak. System becomes unresponsive firefox greys out. Have to use killall firefox to regain control. Memory then returns to normal. I had to use ubuntu-bug without bindwood installed in order to submit a bug report.
