I have this card on my IBM ThinkPad T42 laptop. And I can't get it to work at all. In network manager it says that Wireless network is disconnected, and dmesg | grep ipw gives a lot of repeating error: Firmware error detected. Reseting. I have ipw2200 firmware installed, so it is not the problem in lack of firmware. :)
