sergio, please refrain from changing the bug status from Incomplete. The
requested information has not been obtained and may have changed between
Ubuntu versions. Until we get this, it needs to stay Incomplete. You can
provide it yourself in Karmic if you are having this problem by
following the instructions in my last post. Thank you
