I am for the review full content of files before they are uploaded, and have the ability to allow or deny the attachment of the file as this will respect user privacy. As far as I know crash dumps are put into private bugs and are reviewed for sensitive information before being made public. Any crashed that allow passwords to be sent to a bug report should be seen as a security risk.
