This didn't seem to fix the decoding of Sirius Internet Radio for me, but if you would like to test the patch, 1.0.2 is being built by launchpad in my ppa (ppa:mernisse/ppa) right now. I have attached the patch I added to this bug as well. I am building 1.0.4 for Karmic right now, which includes this patch by default.
