Public bug reported: Binary package hint: nautilus
Steps to Reproduce: 1 - Open Nautilus with side pane in tree view 2 - Create folder with numerous subfolders containing files (>500 folders) 3 - Try to expand tree view for folder containing >500 subfolders For a couple of weeks now, Nautilus has been freezing when I access any of the folders in my CD collection, which currently contains 572 albums, each in its own subfolder in the CD collection folder. When Nautilus tries to expand the tree view for the collection, it freezes. Curiously, this never happened before, Nautilus has only been having this problem recently, even though my CD collection has not changed much. Before, Nautilus expanded the entire tree in a matter of seconds.
