Oh, one point forgot: - 5 brightness levels from the Fn keys, 9 from the gnome app. I can clearly see that every time I hit the Fn keys, the brightness is changed twice. It seems we just got to this bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/257827
