same in my case... The web interface shows the total usage to be approximately similar to the overall size of the ubuntu-one folder on my local machine... But the individual files are not listed there....
Would like to list down about the folder-structure also in case that has to do anything with it... There is one folder called "Ubuntu One/Shared With Me" which is auto created even though i delete it... And also, that is one folder that is always listed on the web interface. There are other two folders that i have created at the same level i.e. under "Ubuntu One" (read it not inside "Ubuntu One/Shared With Me" folder) which are not shown on the web interface even after waiting for 5 hours... Note that, the total usage have been increased from few kb to few mb which is actually roughly similar to the size of "Ubuntu One" folder i have..
