Dear Jean-Baptiste, it is some timenow since the report and I don't remember exactly, but with a clean shutdown and reboot, then again starting the update procedure solved it. I am sorry I can't help with more information; and also that I probably sent more reports on the same issues, but it was the first time and I found the bug system somewhat confusing.
May be it could help if you insert as first instructions of installation the information that it may happen and how to proceed by steps. Thanks a lot for your team work.
