This bug appears to be a duplicate to # 479044. Both bugs keep getting closed where the developers ask the poster to enable apport for an additional bug. I have enable apport but no additional bug appears to be filed but I do have crash reports now.
Would you please look into this bug as unless it is fixed it will likely remain for Lucid? On both bugs the users are attempting to provide reports and information.
