Binary package hint: vlc

When moving a window in VLC the video output goes black but returns when
you stop moving the window.

Visual effects are set to normal. Audio continues as normal.


Steps to reproduce:
1) Play a movie in VLC
2) Put the player in windowed mode
3) Move the player around using ALT+<Left click and drag>


Expected result:
Video continues to play whilst movement occurs

Actual result:
Video output goes black but audio still plays. Video returns after movement 
stops.
