I disabled bluetooth through the system tray, attempted to re-enable, and was also unable. The bluetooth states that it's on, but only gives me the option to turn off in the system tray, and bluetooth will not function. The bluetooth preferences app only shows a big button stating "turn on bluetooth" but only disables that button after pressing. Closing and re-opening that app only shows that same button.
