Public bug reported: Binary package hint: libapache2-mod-fcgid
In early 2009 mod_fcgid was moved to the ASF (see http://httpd.apache.org/mod_fcgid/) and lots of bugs were fixed. At the time of this writing version 2.3.4 is available.
