You've missed the changelog entry for 0.3.3-5 which brings many changes to the
packaging (including moving to the 3.0 source format) and this bug fix:
* debian/patches/25_fix_color_selection.dpatch: Fix color selection through
click in the foreground and background color indicators. (LP: #344237)
