Alien seems to be synced with Debian and according to Debian bug #559061 the "rpm" package of Debian has split out the rpm2cpio utility into a separate "rpm2cpio" binary package. For me the best solution here seems to be to also sync or merge the "rpm" package from Debian. Adding task for "rpm"...
