Public bug reported: Binary package hint: krdc
KRDC does not honor my left-hand mouse button settings. I was connecting from one (Ubuntu kde4) to another machine (gentoo with x11vnc kde4). Both machines have mouse buttons switched to left handed, but in krdc I had to use my "right hand" to click. It should use the local machines settings anyway (Keyb & Mouse), we do not want MS Remote Desktop behavior that even uses remote machines' keyboard layouts instead of local machines'. lsb_release -rd Description: Ubuntu 9.10 Release: 9.10 apt-cache policy krdc krdc: Installed: 4:4.3.2-0ubuntu4 Candidate: 4:4.3.2-0ubuntu4 Version table: *** 4:4.3.2-0ubuntu4 0 500 http://de.archive.ubuntu.com karmic/main Packages 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status ProblemType: Bug Architecture: amd64 Date: Thu Dec 17 09:17:21 2009 DistroRelease: Ubuntu 9.10 ExecutablePath: /usr/bin/krdc InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 9.10 "Karmic Koala" - Release amd64 (20091027) NonfreeKernelModules: nvidia Package: krdc 4:4.3.2-0ubuntu4 ProcEnviron: SHELL=/bin/bash LANG=en_US.UTF-8 LANGUAGE= ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.31-16.53-generic SourcePackage: kdenetwork Uname: Linux 2.6.31-16-generic x86_64 XsessionErrors: (polkit-gnome-authentication-agent-1:2935): GLib-CRITICAL **: g_once_init_leave: assertion `initialization_value != 0' failed (npviewer.bin:4121): Gtk-WARNING **: /usr/lib/gtk-2.0/2.10.0/engines/libqtcurve.so: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS64 ** Affects: kdenetwork (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: amd64 apport-bug -- KRDC does not honor my left-hand mouse button settings. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/497679 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
