I'm seconding this bug, Steps to reproduce: Create a new menu item within the "Programming" menu called "Version Control" Drag and drop some items within Programming onto the folder shown in the left pane. There will now be 3 copies of the item: 1 in Version Control 2 in Programming
If the item was disabled before moving, the newly created copy will be enabled. Notes: -It works properly if you're moving an item from Programming to another Primary menu, i.e. From Education to Science, or Programming to System Tools, etc. -If you delete the copy within the original folder, the item in the subfolder will also get removed. This bug makes it very difficult to organise the menus. -- Rearranging Items Causes Duplicates https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/371293 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
