AnimusVirus, Tien Nguyen, Notifications have been fixed so that if you delete on the website, the change shows up almost immediately on your desktop. We're working on an issue with respect to file uploads, that should be added soon. Dis-and- reconnecting should cause the u1 desktop client to sync changes you made on the website.
