I'm not sure how we can go about this in 1.80.

As of 1.80, we announce to a single tracker in each tier of the announce
list.  So if we get seeder/leecher counts back from scraping N trackers,
we have no way of knowing how many of those seeders/leechers overlap
from tracker to tracker.  About the best we could accurately do is have
a range of [minimum possible seeders ... maximum possible seeders] where
the minimum is the most seeders returned by any one tracker, and the
maximum is he sum of all the trackers' seeder counts.
