Here's the reply from upstream:
Accounts that have simply disconnected will automatically reconnect on their
own on a delay that grows upon each failed connection. When a fatal error
occurs that causes accounts to be disabled, there is a "Re-enable all" button.
Why is this, and patience, not sufficient?
